Fabrication takes place in our state-of-the-art 30,000 sq. ft. production room where our trained butchers trim to exact specifications for each cut. We have built-in flexibility that allows us to adjust production to meet your exact needs. As our customers needs have gravitated to more closely trimmed product, closely trimmed product has become our mainstay.
